At our headquarters nestled in Olathe, Kansas, we take pride in being owner-operated by Ted Ross, a hard-working leader hailing from a small town in south-central Kansas.  Currently living in Overland Park with his wife and two sons. Our company values are a direct reflection of our family values which are rooted in the principles of hard work, stewardship, and relationship building.
